2007		 KOHIMARAMARA "Action Painters was engaged by St Margaret’s Trust to undertake a full refurbishment of a two storey town house involving the preparation of exterior roofs and cedar weatherboards for repainting and staining, and full preparation and painting of the interior walls, ceilings, skirtings, architraves and doors. During the exterior work the house was occupied and the company cooperated with residents and neighbours to minimise interference with their day to day activities.

There were specific technical requirements relating to paint products to be used, quality of finish and project management.  Action Painters Auckland were selected the basis of their prompt response to the enquiry, their detailed attention to each aspect of the project requirements and their assurance that they would implement a project management process to address the business, technical and quality issues of the project.

The quality of preparation was excellent and very little rework was necessary. Where inspection identified a blemish there was no hesitation to undertake rework to the full extent necessary. Open communication with the Trust was maintained throughout the project.

The project was completed slightly ahead of schedule and within the quoted price.  All technical requirements relating to the preparation of surfaces and to the application of product were satisfied and certification as to quality obtained from the product manufacturer.  

The final presentation was excellent and the Trust was delighted with the outcome. The trustees are very happy to recommend the services of Action Painters Auckland Limited."
